Lovely hairdressing salon. Emmie was absolutely amazing and very professional. Very knowledgeable and also helped to recommend different hair care products to me specifically for my hair type. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Very happy with my hair and they went out of their way to fit me in short notice. Highly recommend Frank Di Lusso hair salon on Carshalton high street.

It’s so hard to find a salon that you trust. From the second I entered Frank Di Lusso 9 years ago I felt comfortable. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and they really listen to you, all of the stylist have that attention to detail approach and really know what they are talking about and can deliver! And the blow-dries what can I say, the volume will last into the following day. The whole salon experience is amazing the choice of refreshments will suit your mood, the massage chairs are delightful and you definitely feel relaxed when leaving. They have their own hair products which you do not feel pressured to purchase but once you do you will not look back very luxurious products at very reasonable prices. Frank Di Lusso is definitely worth a visit.

If I could give more stars, I would! I had an appointment with Lauren to do a cut. We had a consultation before I went to have my hair washed. I explained I had had a bad experience previously with another salon and I was super nervous. She was so lovely & understanding. I decided to chop my hair from long to shoulder length, I have curls so this is always a scary thing to do. My curls had completely died so we were hoping the cut would bring my hair back to life. I also really wanted a change, I had the same hair cut for years and I needed it to change. We talked through everything and I got the CUTEST hair cut, with little curtain bangs that are everything I wanted. I'm planning to go back for a consultation to fix the hair colour that had been messed up previously. I HIGHLY recommend for my wavy/curly girls! Lauren, you have given me part of my spark back! Thank you! Such a lovely salon with amazing staff. Oh and those chairs when having your hair washed! 😱 Got rid of my backache! Love love love. Thank you guys!

I have been going to Frank Di Lusso for a few years now. Both my daughter and I go and we always leave with a fantastic haircut. Both Nicole and Lauren (and the rest of the team!) are great at listening to what we want, discussing any issues and then delivering an amazing cut. It always grows out nicely too so we don't need to go back every 6 weeks to keep it looking good. All the staff are welcoming, pleasant and are happy to chat or not - it's down to you. Good coffee too :-) Would definitely recommend Frank's, especially for anyone with thick, unmanageable hair.
